Marco and Karen started Cardinal in 2008 with one used Ford Transit and a phone book. Seventeen years later we've grown to six trucks, fourteen teammates, and thousands of Triangle homeowners who've called us back year after year.
We've grown because we don't do what the big shops do:

Meet the owner
This is Marco.
Marco Gutierrez started Cardinal Comfort Co. in 2008 with one used Ford Transit and a rented two-bay garage on Capital Boulevard. Seventeen years later, he's still on the truck most weeks - and still the guy who'll pick up the phone if Karen's away from her desk.
Master HVAC tech. NATE-certified. Raleigh native. Father of one summer apprentice.
